CRITICAL SAFETY WARNING: All predictions, hydrographic models, and recommended presentation windows calculated on this site are simulated using mathematical astronomical tide models. They do not constitute official navigation or safety-critical hydrographic charts.

Solent Angler accepts absolutely zero responsibility or liability for any equipment loss, personal injury, strandings, or incidents resulting from relying on these mathematical estimations. Always check local meteorological conditions, swell forecasts, and official United Kingdom Hydrographic Office (UKHO) charts before setting out on shoreline fishing expeditions.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on Solent Angler's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

4. Limitations
